Which university is considered to have the best Built Environment/Architecture Faculty and architecture programme?

I think the archi programmes offered by UNSW and USYD are very similar. They're both 3 years of Bachelor + 2 years of Master, and both are well recognised by the RAIA... USYD requires you to have at least 18 weeks of archi experience in order to progress to the Master degree, I'm not quite sure about the UNSW requirements on this...

I chose USYD as my higher preference mainly because its UAI cutoff was slightly higher than the UNSW one when I applied, and USYD is more convenient for me to get to.

EDIT: btw I'm sure you can compare the two courses in greater detail from their websites...
