It'd be great as it would be the first time most of you would step into uni as I know that all of you have seen one from the outside. I can tell you that there will be:

food/ entertainment (with demonstrations from the science or engo faculty)
course information/advice stalls
lectures with useful advice on different courses
freebies including pens, enviro-bags, entertainment, lectures, tours and course info and advice and pamphlets.

It should be great to have a look at what uni is like. (Click on the links and find the program.)

Maybe UNSW/USYD one. I'll have to see whether or not I can make time for them because they clash with the weekends before my prelims.

I'll probably go to the Usyd one
and then maybe go down to notre dame and UTS because they're same day/same area.

Its annoying coz they're the weekend before my yearly exams.

Most likely UNSW and Usyd C&C- sit in on lectures, more to get motivation and ideas about direction in uni than anything, I think.

Minn- it's halfway-ish between Hornsby and Chatswood. North Shore line.

Thanks Will/Vulgarfraction :]

Ravenswood School for Girls.
Never heard of it, but that's where it'll be.

I guess I can go to the open day after I finish.
But then I'll have to go with rents...

Isn't it a better idea to go in year 12? Since you might have a better idea about what you want to do after high school when school's so close to ending? Going in yr 11 might give you ideas but most people change their mind quickly, and they'd probably end up going to the open days in year 12 again.

You've never heard of Ravenswood? Seriously? It's yet another private all-girls boarding school on the upper-north shore.

providing I can get a couple of mates to come with me, I'll most likely be at UTS and USYD. It's convenient they're both on the same day.

Open days are for anyone and it doesn't cost any thing. UNSW and USYD provide free bus services to and fro Cental Station. You may go there for enlightment.

I don't remember saying anything about it being expensive and only for a select group of people. :p
