Are tutorials on in the first week? Cuz I was reading on the Women's Studies site that their tutorials don't start til the second week. Is that the case with all of subjects/units?

not all tutorials run in the first week... most of the don't run in the first week but there are those odd subjects which do...

its mostly actuarial subjects that run tutes in the first week.

wait till uni. if you do happen to miss a tutorial because its scheduled before your lecture, don't worry about it. they won't penalise you on that one and chances are others would of missed it as well.....

from memory econ110 doesnt have a tute for 1st week (i think they have it in 3rd week)

check the website for each of your subjects. they should have admin announcements.

It's very much word of mouth actually. haha. Best bet is to check the noticeboard of your department building.
