I posted this in another section but nobody has replied since i posted my marks so i thought it may get some more attention here since seeing overall marks probably helps with estimates. ok so my school was ranked 409 last year and these are my ranks and and marks. The school hasnt actually given us our ranks so im a bit indecisive about 2 of the subjects.

RANKS:
Advanced English - 4/40
Mathematics - 5/22
Legal Studies - 2/14
SOR 1 - 2/98
CAFS - 3/29
Biology - 4/22

OVERALL MARKS BASED ON WEIGHTINGS:
Advanced English - 83/100

i reckon in english u will definately get a band 5 if not band 6
legal and CFS, high band 5 if not low band 6
SOR, high band E4
Bio = band 5
maths, band 5, maybe even band 6

ur uni course is same as dani's hey? the one that needed an ATAR of 80??

you will definately get above 80, most probably very high 80s... im willing to put money on it hahaha

haha thanks heaps. yeah i want to do the same course as dani but i was also thinking of combining it with arts so its like bachelor of social work/bachelor of arts but that needs an atar of 85.7 and a plain bachelor of social work needs 80. i wont be too upset if i dont get into social work/arts because its mainly the social work aspect i wanna do, just some aspects of arts looked interesting.

just remember that it is your ranks which matter the most, do not get too worked up over the raw marks go into the exam with great ranks and do well and your atar will be high
