I'm aware of the fact that this topic has already been discussed, but nonetheless my classmates and I are still having problems. Can anybody provide us with some helpful links to where we might find different types of artificial blood? We already know about Haemoglobin-based and Perflurocarbons/Perflurochemicals, but we need to know three more types.

Any information would be helpful, ASAP. Thanks!!

There are 3 classes

1/Hemoglobin-based o2 carriers
 Diaspirin cross-linked hemoglobin
Human recombinant hemoglobin version 1.1 (rHb1.1)
Human recombinant hemoglobin version 2.0 (rHb2.0)
 Polymerized bovine hemoglobin-based o2 carrier (HBOC)-201
 Human polymerized hemoglobin (PolyHeme)
 Hemoglobin raffimer (Hemolink)
 Maleimide-activated polyethylene glycol-modified hemoglobin
(MP4)

2/Perfluorocarbon emulsions
 Perflubron emulsion (Oxygent)

3/Nano-dimension artificial red blood cells

i dunno wat u mean that u have to learn 3 more?... cos i think they mean lik learn 5 types from the a Hb-based class +/- the other 2 classes
