Audrey Kawasaki. She does a rough sketch of her image, has it scanned on to the computer, a graphic designer vectors the sketch so as to smooth the lines, makes a printout of this improved image, and gives it to Kawasaki. She then imposes this image onto a wood palette, and paints over it.
