Arts (psych) exist at UNSW? (1 Viewer)

Is there an Arts (Psychology) degree at UNSW? If so and im accepted into Psychology- can i take up arts later on?

ps. anyone know the course number for arts (psych) if it does in fact exist

Ok as far as i know arts wont let you major in psyc anymore but you can have it as a minor. However this will not allow you to be a psychologist (sp?)...

Or you could do a science/arts degree.


Check this out though as i am not 100% sure.

You can do a major in Psychology within an Arts degree however, this major will not give you APS accreditation and so won't let you do honours at UNSW.

Therefore, the majority of students at UNSW doing psych majors are doing them though a B Science or B Adv Science (and also B Psych).

It gives you the rules concerning B Arts. Psych is a list C major which means you need to do a list A major i.e a major offered by a school within the Faculty of Arts & Soc Sci in order to do a list C major.

The program rules explain it more clearly then i do
