did you hear that they were talking about making the next ashes series 6 games long? that sure does make it hard to regain the ashes and alot easier to defend.

they are considering it, but they have to get agreements from a whole host of committees. obviously it will be made so much easier for the ashes holder to retain it and to squeeze in 1 more test into a already tight schedule for a cricketer, i personally don't think its a brilliant idea.

yeah i'm not sure why they'd do it, but they'll explain their actions if they do it again because it hasn't been done for a while.
