Can anyone give me any advice on this assessment task. It is done in class and the class will be given 40 minutes to complete the following task.

Unit: Module B: Close Study of Text
Task Title: Personal Response

Syllabus Outcomes P1 P8 P10
A student:
- Demonstrates an understanding of replationships between composer, responder, text, context and meaning.
- Demonstrates own ideas in critical personal response to text
- Identifying features of particular text and describing effect on meaning
- Analyses and synthesises ideas from a text for a variety of purpose, audiences and contexts
- Draws upon information to transform experience into sustained, critical point of view

- Demonstrate understanding of the techniques of dramatic conflict in your study
- Analyse, explain and assess the ways the techniques and themes are used in the text
- Organise, develop and express ideas using language appropriate to audience, purpose and context

Due date: In Class, Friday, August 14.

Anyone got advice on how to like use quotes? Examples would be helpful.

How does the composer of your class text use techniques to create dramatic conflict and themes? How effective is the conflict and the themes?

How usually refers to naming the techniques used in the text.

Once you've listed all the techniques you can find, see which ones create a dramatic conflict and theme

Once you've done that, you have to refer back to your techniques and explain how they're used to help prove, elaborate or promote the conflict and theme.
