Effectiveness --> Individual PAREE Criteria, Society ROBRR Criteria (+ LCMDs)
Resolution of disputes --> NSW and Federal Legislation and mechanisms:
NSW: NSW Industrial Relations Commission (add 'no disadvantage' test)
Federal: Australian Industrial Relations Commission (alas 'no net detriment' test)
Types of negotiations with ERS and EES: Workplace bargaining, individual action, collective bargaining, consensual forms, conciliation and mediation.
