Hello! I'm taking 3u and 2u maths this year and plan to take 4u next year. As I have recently found out, UAC takes my raw moderated+raw hsc mark and calculates atar with that. As I’ll be doing the other subjects in 2026, will UAC use my marks as if they were done in 2026 to calculate my stay or will they scale the marks this year and just add them in 2026.

Q: will hsc 2023 be scaled in 2023 or 2026 if I get an atar in 2026?

HOW ARE YOU IN YEAR 9 AND DOING MADV AND MX1 THIS YEAR WTAFFFFF YOU'RE CRAZY

uhh not too sure
pretty sure it's all based on the year you sit it? e.g., my accel math results from last year will probably be scaled to last year...

no it definitely is, that means you skipped three years of math....
I didn't exactly skip it, I was like midway through year 9 stuff at the end of year 7 and learnt the rest of 9/10 in the month before yr8

sameeeee but I think I got less than 85% in a year 11 test and I got kicked out of accelerated math- I didn't know that was possible and am forever humbled.

Someone answer the original question please 😃
Hypothetically if someone accelerated a subject last year
Is their scaled aggregate mark composed of the scaled exam mark relative to the year they did the exam for a subject? That would make the most sense right
