Hey guys, I'm really aiming for a 98 atar +
I want to do commerce law at University of Western Sydney.

School Rank: 348

Subjects and Ranks:
English Adv. - 26/30 (really strong cohort, maybe 1 or 2 state ranks)
English Ext. - 9/10 (strong cohort once again - top 7 are killin it)
General Maths - 22/25 (a lot of asians so we should do well)
Society and Culture - 1/8 - Killin it
Visual Art - 2/18

im realy hopping society and culture will scale me up with visual arts, since i'm doing well at them
Can I get a atar estimate please?

First of all, why do you want a 98+ ATAR for UWS Commerce/Law?

They accept people from 80+ (maximum of ten bonus points - either 10 from subject points, 5 for living in GWS, or 5 from either and EAS)

Pretty much, the majority of people doing comm/law @ UWS get around an 80-85 ATAR with the help of bonus points, and they are known to accept even lower but let's not go there.

How can you understand that your cohort is strong? Are you only 1% behind rank 1 and everything is within a greater cluster? This will be observed in the performance of the HSC external.

Really, 98+ is out of reach. I am so sorry to be the deliverer of bad news!

Right now, I'd say you're looking at 70-75.

You'll still get into comm/law @ UWS

Have a course aim, not an ATAR, an arbitrary number that means nothing after you are admitted into uni.

Considering that school rank, I'm guessing 70 atar. It will be very difficult for you to even gain a 90 atar at this point, let alone 85.

Society and Culture will not pull you up, you will have to be getting 95+ in all your assessments. if you really wanna pull up your atar, spend more time on pulling up your english and especially your maths ranks because they are whats going to pull you down

Why are you purporting marks as the indicator of whether someone will do well in their HSC? It is all about the ranks, it is a relative system.
