Not depending on internals - English is majorly dragging you down. However, you can change everything in externals - I'd say you're looking ~97.2-97.6 atm.

It's difficult to say, mostly top of a low rank school can be anything from mediocre to best in the state but considering a typical top student at a ~370 school, I'd say ~95.50

My friend is in roughly the same position as you with those subjects in a lower ranked school, he went and payed for a "professional estimate" from a tutor who gave him a 97 and the careers teacher at school said he would get a 96, unfortunately his English rank has dropped quite a bit now and he's probably looking at a 94 -96 now (don't you just hate English being compulsory!!). Anyway push hard and there's no reason why you cant get 98 or 99 +
