What would I HAVE to improve in order to get a 99.95?

I have some prev. info about my school: in 2014, this guy graduated with a 99.8 ATAR (pretty sure he wasn't ranked first in everytrhing).

Look mate I'm gonna be brutally honest here. If you want 99.95, you're either gonna have to ace externals (like literally 96+ for everything), or you're gonna have to hope that your cohort, especially for english, is strong.

99 seems pretty do-able? I have no expertise in judging/estimating but you're coming close to 1st in everything.

1) Have you compared the gap between 1st and/or 2nd place in each subject?
2) I recommend you also know what your cohort mark ranges between

Knowing these pieces of information will assist in people estimating your ATAR
