Heyy i was wondering you guys could help me calculate my atar estimate from my internal total marks? I just need a general idea what atar i will get this year. My school is ranked around 100

Japanese is the subject that is dragging you down. My estimate for this subject may be too low if your school is good at this subject.

Japanese usually scales pretty well for my school but this year, according to my teacher, it will maximum scale up by 4-5 marks. Also, i was wondering if you know what band for biology i would get? I heard it scales down so i'm really scared. Will my mark of 73 (if i get around there for hsc) be enough for a band 5? My teacher says biology scales well in my school but i just don't know whether how well she means.

You have pretty decent rankings, that most likely wouldn't be a worry for you.

estimated 91-93 for you op, higher if you achieve higher marks in externals. anything relating to science normally scales pretty well and being in schools ranked ~130+ with really good rankings will pull you up heaps.
don't worry about getting <90. you're sitting on pretty good ranks rn, only if you did really bad in standard you'd worry but you're top so relax and start studying hard to maximize that atar in hscs !
