Is your ATAR calculated using raw HSC marks or aligned marks? Because I know they use scaled assessment marks but I saw someone in here say they use raw HSC marks

no, the raw hsc marks are then aligned/scaled by the BOS and provided to the UAC to calculate an Atar

Your ATAR is calculated using HSC marks, which are your aligned exam mark and moderated assessment mark.
