ahem...
B Applied Science (Therapeutic Recreation) has been deleted from UWS... but it has been replaced with B Health Science (Therapeutic Recreation).. which still allows you to become a Recreational Therapist, but gives you more electives to choose what interests you. This also allows you to move on to another degree by doing an extra year or more on top of the B Health Science (TR). For instance, if you wanted to be a Pd/H/Pe teacher and ur UAI was too low, so you can do the B Health Science (TR) doing electives majoring in teaching, then the following year/s complete the rest of the pd/h/pe course and you come out of uni as being qualified for a teacher and a recreational therapist...

I only heard about this today... but... yeay!!!! We saved it!!!! :)

LOL did you hear about them having to cut 6% of all costs for each subject or something? It's pretty bizarre. To cut our 6% we're having 1 less tut this session. Great.

RET is Regional Entry Test. It's a test you can do if you're in the drawing area for UWS, i.e. you meet certain criteria like postcodes. It can help you if you're unsure whether you'll get the marks for the particular course you want :)
