word, libertine.

i am looking forward to this gig.

but last gig some douche in a tophat and his slapper friend drunkenly pushed into the 1m gap between me and the stage and danced like idiots. and the aforementioned slapper kept rubbing her breasts against me.goddamn, that was the LAST thing i needed during bottle baby.

so please. be quiet and respectful.

Okay - last night was awesome.

Jodie Holland or whatever the HELL her name was was absolutely shit to see live.

Talk to the audience damnit
Name your songs damnit
Make us get to know you?

I loved David Ford. I was the one that yelled out "YOU'RE AWESOME" while he was leaving - did you guys notice that he was packing up moreso than the roadies? He was so much fun to watch live. I was on the ground on the floor like everyone else, sitting, lounging around, it was kinda nice... I loved "State of the Union". It was fun.

Augie March were awesome. Fucking amazing. I loved how they all swapped instruments. <3 the drummer. Hilarious. I was dead set centre, second from the front. I smelled the scotch and inhaled (drowned in) dry ice.

It was awesome fun.

I was really, really, really disappointed that they didn't play ONE song from Sunset Studies. Really.

The opening acts were both mediocre, in particular that Holland was ridiculously boring.

Jolie was good but unsuited to a big venue and disinterested crowds. i bet her vanguard show was very good.

David was too over-the-top, but sometimes good

Augie played such a boring fucking setlist. Played well, but oh so pedestrian.
