None of those bands are punk. They are the new pop rock that is so huge right now (not that I have a problem with pop rock. Avril gets slammed 24/7 but I think most of it is out of jealousy. She is living a great life.

As for if she is touring, have you checked her website?

I'm a fan of hers, but I agree that sometimes she can't sing live. I downloaded a video of her singing 'Things I'll Never Say' from an AOL performance the other day and she sounds really good in it! I was amazed - so if anyone wants to check it out, its on Kazaa. She sounds like she does on the CD, and its definitely not lip synching.
