Went to bording kid's presentation night the other day, I *think* it's for community involvement... wasn't interested in those awards, so...

They added the word 'commitment' at the night => 'RFS commitment award'

At my school the Reuben F Scarf Award for committment was awarded based on commitment to studies I think - striving for personal best
