I just called the Board of Studies and the people who I talked to were so fuckin rude.

I only asked a question about the HSC marks and not only did the receptionist answer me rudely but also the chick who was incharge of all this crap

it seems all people at govt run thingy call centres are rude
I called centrelink and the lady was rude, and this was after being put on hold for like half an hour
