Bachelor of Business v Bachelor of Commerce? (1 Viewer)

Just wonderin what is better

Bach in Biz (UTS)

Bach in Com (NSW)

Well my sis went 2 UTS and she says they teach mre pratical stuff rather than useless theory, however NSW has the highest under grad employment rate in commerce, followed by UTS

But some employers like ones at Allianz prefer grads from UTS but i think Mac bank prefers from NSW

So im stumped... also i heard it was shit at Syd, besides the rep so im choosin between these 2 choices...

Any suggestions from the Uni ppl?

i prefer UTS because of the choice of majors and sub-majors

macq bank doesnt prefer anyone

they just hire more from unsw because of the fact that they have the most number of graduates per year.

u might ask how I know, its because I was ringing up and hassling people in HR to find out about careers in investment banking and how I would go about getting into it.

btw whats wrong with sydney uni for com, at least its not in an office block like UTS

hehe - maybe if I post the photos in every thread I can eventually make everyone NOT want to go to UTS - hence lower UAI entry points - hence I can get in! LOL, sorry I'm tired.

hey, dun bag out UTS - the only uni in syd that will pay me to go on exchange whilst I am doing a biz degree

unsw's entrance uai's should go down cuz fee-paying's been abolished so .'. less people attempting to get in (well thats the idea...)

Business is in the Business/Law buildings where the UTS library is.

barely anyone uses the tower building.
you might think that building is shit...(it is) .... but when you see the IT building and the Design buildings, you'll know why other uni's envy UTS.
yeh.. and haymarket campus is pretty good too.. thats where business is and its 20m from MarketCity.

BTW.... that picture of UTS tower building is wrong ..... not only is the sky fake, but i dont ever recall having "trees" or grass at uts.
