Is there any point of doing a bachelor of languages besides for interest?

Like, what are the career opportunities that are available after doing such a course? Because If its completely useless in that regard i don't know if it's worth the four years of study?

Any insight would be great thanks.

Well, you can do B. Teaching/M. Teaching and becoming a language teacher, but you can also be a translator or diplomat through doing B. Languages. Those are the three main jobs that I can think of to do B. Languages.

If it's out of interest, you could take a language as an elective at uni as part of your degree. Or, you could also take the option of learning it outside of uni - such as self learning (internet, friends), or other language schools.
