Physician: Being vice just means you are tainted will failure and don't actually have to do anything. It's a consolation because you don't play football. At least that's what they told me.

Trust me.. the vice at my school almost does just as much as captain...

yeh i dont like football.. but i play it when theres nothing else to do...

and just on a note.. school captain wasnt notified of coming in early either...

u go on the 7th... lucky u...

i think our half yearlies r like week 5 or something...

Haha yeah, well there was a mild sarcastic undertone there. You see our school captain, nice enough guy just got his position purely on the merit he can play football. So i've done a shitload anyway.

you want to be a teacher? then you're a fool. my mum is a teacher and she went back to school a day early to prepare programs. most teachers work damn hard, well beyond 9-3.

^ He meant that he will be at school for another year, hence the hours and holidays.

going back to school means:

*having to attempt to instruct juniors to listen to me, due to being a prefect
*doing all the holiday homework i was meant to do
*having the teachers remind me of the hsc every lesson...again
*having to share my holiday with people
*having to quit msn and almost bored.
*and wearing uniform again. brilliant.
sounds similar to what back to school (on 1/2...what a way to start the month) means for me
-discovering that I probably had holiday assignments (argh)
-retiring my havaianas for...school shoes! (got a mad thong tan on my foot)
-waking up before 10am (hell I gotta leave home before 7!)
-no more constant stream of music...except for the dulcet tones of my teachers endless ramblings
-dealing with the gay jokes of my 'less advanced' peers
-wrestling with the new year 11's for tables at lunch (not to mention canteen lines)

but hey.... there's only 30 school weeks left...I'm takin it in my stride :)
