anyone else here a fan of shit movies?
i seem to be only getting kicks from gore-y schlock cinema these days.
my favourites:
peter jackson's 'bad taste'
basket case
child's play
i drink your blood
and i'm not sure if it counts but the classic 'dawm of the dead'- i love the zombie motorcyclist scene!

i also love bad non-horror movies like encino man and biodome

talk about crap (in a good way) movies here.
and has anyone seen the rob zombie movie?

and rob zombie has 3 movies (a remake of halloween nearly out)
1000 corpses was pretty sweet and devil's rejects was even better (it was awesome)

i must say, i really hated 'bad taste'
it's a beloved film but i found it fucking annoying and unfunny

lol yeh so bad it funny, but still clearly bad. I love the cartoonish aliens and crudely staged violence.

h.g. lewis is the master - i like peter jackson's early cheapies fine, but he's a poseur in comparison.

two thousand maniacs and blood feast are his classics. the 'something weird' label (named after one of his films) has a lot of great bargain-basement exploitation stuff.

Have to agree on the Rob Zombie movies. I would never have guessed he could make a good horror film, but those two were amazing. Hopefully he can do a good job with Halloween

Anybody seen the Leprachaun movies? I think it's the third one that's set in space and turned out to be a sci-fi/horror/comedy complete with bikini clad chicks. Horrendously awful but oh so amusing.
