What do we think this year?
Generally its around 85 but could it be lower this year? Hard tesT?

the multiple choice and the crimes will see a lot of under 50% marks. So I'd say low 80s.

According to the raw marks database, in 2011 a mark of 80 aligned to an 89, and that test was in my opinion much, much easier than this year's paper, especially in the multiple choice and crime questions, where a lot of people this year are probably going to be getting pretty bad marks. Human rights was about the same as 2011, and obviously the options are varied. I wouldn't be surprised if a high 70s aligned to a band 6

This might well be feasible actually. I'd say it'd be very high 70's though, perhaps no less than 78.

usually about 84. Probably 81 this year. i know it was a difficult exam, but i still dont think they would scale a high 70s mark to a band 6 tbh

At least 81 I reckon, legal studies isn't exactly an overly demanding subject. Though I only found out a few days ago about HSC's aligning, I was under the impression that raw marks were your HSC mark, and now that I've discovered otherwise, I'm pretty much mentally partying.

B4 and B5 cutoff thoughts? I think i went COMPLETE crap in this exam. Like im decently ranked and was consistent throughtout Yr11 and Yr12 but then i got destroyed in the exam :/

No idea, but LOW. That was a hard exam and they know it, with a significantly lower average raw mark I'd imagine, and the aligning process should adjust accordingly.
