Anyone who achieves 90+ (band 6) for any of their HSC subjects will be in the distinguished achiever's list and therefore published in the newspaper tomorrow.

Ahahaha, I got a band 6 (90) for Art, but the rest of my marks are depressing. Hopefully I might be in it, it'll probably cheer me up a great deal if I am. :rofl:

Everybody who recieves a band 6 in any subject will be in the the paper. Doesn't matter if its only for 1 subject, or if you get a crap UAI. If you got 90 + for any 1 subject you'll be there!

I read how 9% of the canditure this year made it onto the Distinguished Achiever's list. That's a great achievement! Almost 1 out of every 10 of 06ers will see their name in the paper. Something to be proud of definately, no matter your UAI is.

I'll be buying both SMH and the Daily Telegraph to get some of the stats on this year's performance.

cant wait to see this year, because you actually know a lot of people this year.

Woohoo! My dad just called and said I got in the paper for my art mark. At least I get some sense of achievement today!
