Look, I'm no expert, but in my humble opinion it doesn't matter where you heard a song, whether it be in some underground hang out, or on a tv show. If you like the music, then great. I think some people feel threatened when a band gets mainstream exposure because some 'indie' or 'underground' fans feel that their niche is threatened, and they will no longer have an exclusive little 'club' to belong to. Yes, I will admit it, I didn't listen to this type of music much in my past life, but after I heard it a few times, it began to grow on me, and now I really enjoy the music that they put on this show.
