So, from what I can gather this is a one day kind of course 3 to 5 hrs costing over 100 ish; that right?
Anyone know of any institutions that offer it in Canberra, and also what sort of certificate you get? thanks

hey if you are wanting to work in coffee, you dont really need to do a course, if you work in a good coffee shop, they will train you. A coffee shop I used to work at paid me to do a course, and the course went for 2 days- the first day consisted of watching videos and then doing a stupid quiz, and the second day was hands on with an espresso machine. And no- with a course or not, coffee shops are only required to pay you the award, however having a qualification would make it easier to find a job
