I mean the best bet would be USYD for that degree as in Bachelor of Science and Mathematics Education with Physics inside (Science component) and going for a minor in Chemistry. Also on what chance would you be teaching English and Maths that is so rare because if you teach one or the other you are destined to give up one of them at some point.
Just current update: you can do maths and english teaching now at USYD just through the streamlined degree 'Bachelor of Education (Secondary)'. As part of the degree you can choose your two teaching areas, and it is somewhat flexible in the teaching areas you want to pursue.
In addition, if you want to major in one of those areas, you can choose the 'Advanced Studies' version of the degree.

The four year course will professionally qualify you to teach in secondary schools, with the opportunity to specialise in humanities & social sciences, maths or science.
