Im reading high society now...

ive read dead famous... has any one else?

I've read Dead Famous too, I really liked it.

I started reading another one of his books, but I just couldn't get into it. Didn't make much of an impression on me, I don't even remember what it was called...

ive read dead famous, popcorn, gridlock, high society, inconcievable.
my favorite is dead famous followed probably by high society
i love ben elton, he is funny yet thought provoking, especially in high society.

yeh i loved the ending of dead famous..

high society is so funy as well.. coz when you read out all the swearing thats written in "british",.,,,,,,,,, its just cool... hehe

I've read High Society and I really liked it! I agree what was said about it - thought provoking and funny, especially how he wrote the swearing (as in, I could actually imagine it being said).

Inconveiable is so so so so so funny!!

If you like Ben Elton, I recommend anything by Sue Townsend -- in particular, the Secret Diaries of Adrian Mole -- they are VERY british, but funny all the same.

ive been reading high society in my free periods at school all year (how very unproductive of me)..but truly i only did it when i had no work ... hehee
but now that ive finished i cant read any more and ive only got like 1/4 left and its annoying the crap out of me coz i dont have a normal library card and i have no money to buy it
so ill have to leave it for a while... grr

he has a new book out called past mortem, looks pretty good
im reading inconcievable for the 4th time atm, and plan on finding blast from the past somewhere

got past mortem for xmas today, 30 pages in its really good... looks like being more of a whodunnit at the moment, but knowing ben elton there will be much more coming
