YES thats RIGHT 2.5MB!!!! I realistically get 2.5 megaBYTE per second alot of the time when downloading from newgroups.
PS: that kicks adsl2

I'm with internode, 512 / 8GB. Costs about 40 a month. I'm upgrading to 1.5 / 10 when I get my new notebook, its such a good deal and the service is reliable. Hope that helps.

I get around 1.5mb/s when maxed out..but srsly u dont need that much speed..
ALSO iam on the $90 for 80gb from iiNet..u cant beat that..
