Who says you have to stay a quiet person... Get out of your comfort zone, do something you really, really want to do... You will get to the point where you understand that people are people, so to speak...

You might surprise yourself and find out that you have the gift of the gab...

My English teacher is naturally quiet/introverted but when she teaches she goes out of her comfort zone. If you're ok with doing this then tbh any job is suitable.
