well i would have gone for Webster A but it wasnt there! its a pretty furnished theatre unlike the wood paneling of mathews and the bare brick of keith burrows... CLB just sucks!

Same here :p

I quite like Mathews, well A and B anyway. They are in a good state of repair :).

if youre saying that about mathews check out syd unis theatres. theyre stuck in the 1980's only one projector per theatre and horrible wooden seats.

i quite like the Webster Theatres. nice and cosy and comfortable with a more modern design inside.

this thread is...hmmm....pointless. :)

Yeah, I don't get anything except biomed (scary desks, sleeping on each other) and CLB (generally scary all round).

But I like the Clancy, and Matthews is not bad.

out of the ones I've actually been to, probably biomed. Mostly cos the pull out desks can actually fit more than a notepad.

Oh, and also the Ritchie theatre in the scientia is cool, mostly cos I watch a film there every week in Film studies :D

the only other theatres which have the pull out desks that i know of are the chem ones in Heffron Building, Webster Theatres and Red Centre ( School of Mathematics) tutorial rooms.

Mathews as well...
but I spend a lot of time in Biomed, (duh!) and it's really good for 1) taking notes 2) taking notes and doing something else at the same time 3) taking notes and eating and doing something else at the same time 4) SLEEPING comfortably... in increasing order of enjoyability :p

CLB just sucks...you can't put a pen on the tables without it ending up on the floor, but thats if you have enough room on the table to put the pen down on in the first place.

Keith Burrows is nice...especially when its used for watching anime screenings rather than physics...

gotta be clancy i reckon. the lovely high ceiling, nice wood, and purple seats theme... is there really any competition at all?
