my opinion limewire. only as i can preview what im downloading and hence i know im not wasting 6hours donwloading a 500mb file that could be something i dont know of. oh and the files that have virses are easy to spot, no spyware as far as i am concerned. morpheus is my second choice, then winmx

BitTorrent for software and movies, and sometimes other files as well - BT accounts for about 30% of the total bandwidth of the internet.
LimeWire also is good, from what I've heard - and it runs on mac, but I've never used it.

Do not use limewire. Morpheus runs the same gnutella network, plus with the addition of no spyware and 3 extra searchable networks for files.
whats so bad with limewire? no spyware, preview files. morpheus you cannot preview files (so if your downloading movies you could be downloading some b/s) it is loaded with ads(for casino's etc) in the program. limewire only has ads right at the bottom in text for its own products.
i only use morpheus it if i can't find what im looking for on limewire. i also find that limewire is 10x easier to use.
im just presuming you dont have sufficent ram to access the program.

here ya go

i use limewire pro and emule...

limewire is good for like most stuff like songs, common movies and stuff but emule is better for more obscure/rare stuff and movies..but with emule u have to wait in a cue but u also have like heaps of sources like even hundreds.

so if i cant find something on limewire or the sources are too litttle ill use emule

Limewire is good if you don't mind using 300% resources and subjecting your eyes to its GUI.

I use Soulseek for music and torrents for movies/games (occasionally for music, if they artists are relatively well-known)

Limeware is good, used BearShare but it has too many spyware. Sad Winmx is gone, it was good to download music. BT is good for download TV shows, movies, programs.
