I haven\'t actually looked at the other posts from this forum strand but i thought i\'d just throw in my two cents as I have been researching good journalism unis the past years.
According to a journalist I spoke to, UOW has just completely redone their bachelor of journalism course, and it\'s meant to be \"one of the best in Australia\", because the old one was admittedly crap. UOW is setting up many industry links e.g. ABC, Illawarra mercury and is meant to be a pretty good uni in securing a job after your degree.
I received an email from journalist Sandra Sully today who said CSU is very good, and are equipped with their very own newsroom. The Alumni list is stunning for this uni, creating broadcasters such as Samantha Armytage, Anna Coren, Andrew Denton, Amanda Keller, Deborah Knight, Jessica Rowe and Monique Wright.
