Best way to learn the SDD syllabus (1 Viewer)

Which is the best way people think is the best way to learn SDD syllabus....

well seeing as the syllabus requires theory work as well as at least 25% practical work...

Just know it... then you dont have to study. You then can devote time to past papers

I'd say a bit of both is good, programming helps you to understand the concepts, and the textbook addresses the syllabus points that you need to know, which will not be all learnt from just programming (e.g. evolution of programming laguages). Also, as Raymes said, practical work is required of the syllabus.

Hm..

I've found the best way to absorb the knowledge is through both our major projects (having to do all the accursed documentation) as well as going through the actual syllabus, and making my notes against the data in the "Students Learn about..." column.

As well as the textbook, although I don't particularly like our one, the Heinemann edition

Unfortunately, this subject is called Software Design and Development. With development being the minority of the subject.

really its how much you try and if you are actually taking it in.

sure you can write down notes, but is it goin in 1 ear n out the other?
