I'm not sure that is correct because I'm an EY vaccie and when I asked about the intake for 2010, they told me that currently there are no plans to reduce the grad intake? It follows that the grad intake from the vaccies should not be altered either?

Yeah dunno about that, its probably specific to that service line (there are several within "audit"), we have about 6 vaccies in my division who will all more than likely receive offers.

I havent heard anything about cutting grads, but my gf took an offer with PWC and just had her start date moved from Feb til July.

I work at anotha big 4 and they've been telling us "all our grads will be starting in feb". But my guess is when times are tough, contracts are broken.

Well, thank god my parents decided that 1984 rather 1987 was a good year to have a child
