I applied online not long ago for a position at bigw and today i got an email back saying that i have a 2 hour appointment for an interview on friday... im assuming this is a group one or something...
What do i take?
What will happen... like what sorta questions and why does it take so long?

I thought about applying at Big W, but I figured it would just be the same shit at Target. Sae shit, different place.

My BIGW interview was pretty straight forward. About 30mins 1on1 with a couple of behavioural questions and that's it. I didn't even get to meet my manager until after induction. But then again, I was hired around Christmas time when new employees were in demand.
