- Consider the binomial expansion of (1 + x)^2n

- Integrate both sides w.r.t. x

- Evaluate the constant of integration by substituting x = 0

- Now, make another appropriate substitution, and the result should come out quite quickly.

I got it by integrate the (1 + x)^2n and the sigma one

substitute by 0 and 2 .
