I need to test how the growth of lentils is affected by different types of fertiliser, in this case milk, orange juice, white vinegar and water (as a control). Can you grow three lentils in one plastic cup with soil in it and holes in the bottom? Do you need to germinate hard lentils you bought from the grocery store? How? Can you just put them in the soil? Is anyone else doing this experiment? I can't just ask the teacher because I'm scared of her.
