does anyone know anythig bout bit depth and audio file size like the equations! Help is needed!

im confused but ill giev u the audio file size equation

2 IF STEREO
1 IF MONO

2 ( Sampling rate x sampling size x time in sec)
----------------------------------------------------------------
1024 x 1024 x 8

That will give u the size in megabytes

8 = bits in byte
1024 = bytes in kb
1024 = kb in megabyte

comprende?

in exam ur expected to write the formula in WORDS and then write in NUMBERS given in Q.....nothing more...NO CALCULATIONS; NO APPROXIMATIONS!

bit depth and file size are closely related. The higher the quality (bit rate) the larger the file size. The time of downloading a 1mB (example size [1024 Kb]) file downloading at 64Kb/s (example speed) can be found out using the formula:

t = [size]
____
speed

= 1024/64 = [time in seconds]

if they dont have strip_tags() on, you should see the awnswer below
