Does anyone know what the previous years cut offs were?
By this i mean Interview + UAI total mark.

they don't really release that information, especially about the interview.

as it is dependent on the entire cohort, which varies from year to year, it actually is really hard to pinpoint the lowest mark.

in my year the marks for UAI went as low as 85, but as long as youre able to get over 90 and go well in the interview (i.e. maintain good conversation flow and be interesting), you should be set.

I've actually got my interview score so i was just wondering what i needed really.
I'll pm you it in a sec for privacy.

If i got over 90 UAI do you think i'd have a good chance?

how important is involvement in co-curricular activities etc for being accepted into the BIT course?

its important - they want people who are well rounded and aren't huddled in a dark room lit by a screen their entire life... sports, clubs, societies, peer support, yaa, etc are all good examples. you don't have to be a superjock, it's the participation that counts. they want people who can communicate well and be 'the future leaders of the it industry and its still important to have academic ability (they want 90+ atar).

Lowest entry this year had a score of 84ish. So interview should go well.
