So I get quite a lot of black heads on my nose and wondering what could I do to reduce or better, get rid of these?

I'm thinking of trying Garnier Pure Active Blackhead Scrub or Neutrogena Blackhead Scrub. Has anybody used these and do they work? Which one should I try first? :p

Or simply keep your face clean and oil-free.

I have the same problem. I simply need to wash my face twice a day and give a light scrub with a face cloth.

You can do a lot of exercise. The sweat cleans the skin.

22 mins everyday cardio - cycling. I couldn't be bothered though.

Use pore strips? Apparently they make your pores bigger so IDK.

Wtf are you talking about, this isn't true at ALL
Why not? Why are many fit people do not have pimples? People exercise to be healthy. Sweating cleans the pours in your skin...its common sense.

The methods suggested here are useless and lame. It is reactive rather than proactive. Prevention is better than cure.

have a long hot shower and squeeze them all out afterwards when the skin is soft.

or some scrub.

we have garnier pure active facial scrub which i use every now and then.
use some form of scrub regularly for good results.

Use St Ives apricot scrub (I think there's one specifically for blackheads).

Those biore pore strips are ok, they do get a lot of blackheads out but they hurt like a bitch.

Or go and get a facial where they steam your face and clear all the shit out of your pores. Your face will be a little pink for a few days, but it'll heal up and be nice and clean afterwards. And they'll do it in a nice sterile environment so you don't get infections or scarring.
