In my recent test there was was a question showing what looked like a red blood cell but it was larger and there was only 2 and what looked like white blood cells to be small and abundant.

Does anyone know any organism or anything that has white blood cells smaller and heaps of them?

That's interesting. I'm not sure but have you got the morphology of RBC and WBC mixed up?

This was a question in the 2008 HSC exam (I did it, lol)

The question required you to point out inaccuracies in the diagram- you obviously have already picked up on some :)

What was your question for this diagram then, plus your answer, considering you're asking this question now?

the question was to identify the red and white blood cell.
i said the big one (which looked like a red blood cell) was red
and the small one (which looked like a white) was white.
