BMW have released the much anticipated M-spec Z4.

six cylinders, 3,246 cc, 252 kW/343 hp at 7,900 rpm, 365 Newton-metres/269 lb-ft at 4,900 rpm, maximum engine speed 8,000 rpm

The 3.2L I6 mill is from the current M3.

Exactly. I would understand if i went 0-100k's in 2.5 seconds, but it doesn't.

i would love one of those cars. perfect for beach hopping, i've always loved the look of the Z4 and with an M3 engine and M-sport modifications...

Thats stupid, as if you would get a new bmw and bother to do an engine transplant. The way they come out of the factory is how there supposed to be, putting a different sized/weight engine in it would throw off the balance and handling of the car.
