BOS resources (1 Viewer)

I'm just wondering how you are supposed to get to the BOS resources? when I find a file I want to download, I can't find anywhere to click on it. How do I actually open the file so I can view it?

Under the download colum right click on where it says the file format and click save as, if that isnt working for you post in the Site Help board.

Don't you click on the type of file or the name of the person who it was written by?

I dont know about the name never done it that way so probably works as well.

like xayma said, best bet to try the site help section.

click the file name type, PDF or Doc to download the file.

yeah, put ur mouse over the type of file
and your mouse should show you that it is a hyperlink
