Since entries close earlier than the BoS Meatup's starting time, everyone must be at Fisher Library at 11am who wishes to be on a scavenger hunt team. I will have all the necessary materials for us to enter.

Prize: $1000 for 1st Placed team (in both (less than) 5-person and 10-person categories). I say we enter two 5-person teams, but I will ask how many entrants there are in each category, and if there's not many 10-man entrants, then we may as well enter that category instead for a prize of $100/each.

No. Have a five and ten person team, and take both prizes.

less people is also much easier to manage.

Yeah - we'll see how many people there are in total, and ask how many have registered in each of the two categories.
Also, we need to remember that any entries that are deemed 'sexist, racist or offensive' are disqualified.

EDIT: someone else should bring a laptop and camera just in case we form two teams. Chris+ash+myself are a given, but if we have two teams of three (say we dont get that many people), then anyone else should bring those items.

Laptop + 5 hour battery + charger
Digital Camera
Free wireless printing at the eco & bus labs.

Chris, or waf, if you have any blank CDs, bring those, as I have none, and pics are submitted on disk.
