Usually i'm nice and calm about assessments and exams coz i know they arent the end of the world BUT I"M ABOUT TO KILL MY EXTENSION ENGLISH ESSAY!!!!! grrr stupid crime fiction and the government should read books before they set them...yes SKull beneath the skin is horrible...Grr this is all so &^%$&^$*^$*^%$*%$^%$&$^%$^$&^^$&^^%$^%$&$^*&^*&^*&%^*&%$..... Ok i have vented now...thank you

I DID 1 ESSAY DURING YEAR 12 FOR ENGLISH ADVANCED.

1, ill repeat that again.

I then went into my HSC with pre-memorised essays that i didnt practice much.

Final mark : 84/100

Crime Fiction. The subject in which you learn that almost all crime fiction is worthless, and that Raymond Chandler heartily concurs with this statement.

That said, 17 is not that bad a mark. Just close your eyes and pretend it's out of 20. If the mark still looks bad then, you've done really badly.

2 nights is usually enough. brainstorm ideas/find quotes etc. then write it.

gets me and others in my grade consistent A's so i'd say it does

if it seriously takes you 4 weeks to write an essay you're either not paying enough attention in class or not doing enough revision of class work. i mean, shit, people do whole modules in that time.
