english muffins with [insert topping you like here]. I like them with egg, or tomato and cheese, or vegemite

fruit is always good, I find you have to eat quite a bit of it though if you don't want to be starving 2hrs later

yoghurt if you can eat it

you don't have to eat "breakfast" food either, if you prefer you can make a sandwich or heat up leftovers or whatever

Breakfast is my least favorite meal :( I'm never hungry in the morning and even when I am I don't feel like eating.

I have some fruit if I can't be bothered making some weetbix, which is a lot of the time.

Sometimes I have Up and Go's, but they're very expensive, so that isn't too often.

Fruit Salad with strawberry yoghurt is my favourite... and you can add toast to that so you don't get hungry. I sometimes make fruit salad in a big bowl then eat it over the next few days, so it's also pretty easy in the morning.

haha on saturday I had to get the train to sydney & woke up late, so the first meal I ate was at 5.20pm. Awesome.
Thats not too good. How long was the train? And what did you eat? Maccas? Haha

Oh I could put a Harry Potter reference in here, but I won't. Lol.

nope the train was just the normal time it takes to get to syd, but I had somewhere to go first so no time to grab food. And yes, Maccas. It's not a good feeling after your stomach has virtually shut down.

I love a good Harry Potter reference, please do share?
